Also, the interaction between the back-office and our UI capabilities is flawless. Within the back office, a user with the 'Planner-Role' can create a 'Service Planning' with multiple 'Service Records' and the right customer and location are added automatically. A 'Service Record' is an inspection form for an individual conveyor belt. A service engineer does an inspection and will fill in the form.
Just a scan away
With the QR Code Scanner you no longer have to manually search for the model number and manual. You simply scan the conveyor belt's QR code with your mobile device and you receive a full report of the machine. The QR-codes are automatically generated in the back office when you create a new conveyor belt. The Conveyor belt's page will automatically jump to the specific 'Service Record' in the list.
