Hybrid applications

A hybrid application is a combination of a native app and a web app. It is a (mobile) application that is partially installed on the device and is partially hosted online. Important for a hybrid app is that there is a technology advantage from each specific platform, without developing a different app for each platform specifically. A hybrid app is also cross-platform.

The Betty Blocks aPaaS is cloud-based. This means built applications are web apps, multi-device ready, and cross platform. Building an application is 8-10x faster without programming. The platform is model-based with an intuitive drag-and-drop interface. Applications are fully adjustable until all requirements are met. This way, high-quality tailor-made apps are rapidly designed. The Betty Blocks platform can be deployed to build an API which can be used to provide a hybrid (mobile) application of data.
