Regional Sales Manager - Atlanta

To support our superhuman ambition, we are looking for a Regional Sales Manager​ who wants to help support the vision of our Forrester-licensed no-code application development platform.

What are you going to do?
You will be stationed in our beautiful historic office building right in downtown Atlanta office and work together with our SDR's, AE's, Customers Success Manager, Support Engineer and Marketer. You will oversee a number of about 8 employees and keep tight contact with our HQ in Alkmaar (the Netherlands). Further on you will be occupied with the following:

  • Managing our Account Executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region;
  • Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals;
  • Assisting sales personnel in their techniques;
  • Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term;
  • Educating sales team with presentations of strategies, seminars and regular meetings;
  • Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvements;
  • You are the liaison between our HQ and the Atlanta office. You make sure the Dutch best practices are applied to the Atlanta way of working.

For about 30% of your time you will be involved in (closing) deals yourself.

What are we looking for?
You are a manager who has 5 or more years of working experience as an Enterprise Account Executive and know the ins and outs of doing sales in a SaaS environment. Furthermore we are looking for:

  • Proven experience as a sales manager (about 2 years);
  • You have experience with building sales teams;
  • Experience in B2B Software sales, consultative selling;
  • You have coaching skills and are a natural organizer;
  • You are willing to do some sales yourself /assist the sales team if needed;
  • You are willing to travel nationally and internationally.
